Dave is an Earth rat who's been taken quite a bit further from his home than he's comfortable with. Appearing timid to the observer, Dave does have a snarky streak in him.

Kara:

Kara is a runaway with a heavy amount of inherited debt, and plenty of acquaintances who really want her to pay up.
